PERSPECTIVES ON GROUPS – PROCESS, DYNAMICS AND FACILITATION
in Clinical & Organisational Settings
Group work has long been a focus and context for the training of Gestalt therapists and the bridging of this work into our clinical practice and organisational fields brings a rich aliveness and diversity to our work. This workshop will focus on group process, group dynamics and facilitator interventions when working from a Gestalt group-as-a-whole perspective.
Whether the focus is on therapy, personal or professional development, organization development or leadership, or simply membership of any of the foregoing, this workshop is intended to support your work, both in practice and theory. Combining experiential learning opportunities, theoretical input, group-work and discussions, the intention is to support your specific learning needs as fully as possible.
